CompuTech helped migrate their office from Windows to Mac and to integrate Windows machines, where necessary, into the network. They moved the office IT infrastructure, and set up their wired and wireless network. In the latest major upgrade, CompuTech deployed a multiple high-end server running VMWare and numerous virtual machines. They deployed Ubiquiti indoor and outdoor wireless systems throughout the office, along with a wireless bridge between two separate buildings. Kraft Engel Management is one of the leading talent agencies representing composers in film, television, games, and theatre. CompuTech was originally brought in to transition Kraft Engel from Windows servers and workstations to Macs. They have been happily running on Mac since, and refreshed their entire system last year.

CompuTech originally migrated Kraft Engel from an Exchange 5.5 server to Kerio Connect, as well as switching their file server and FileMaker server to a Mac server. In their most recent office refresh, we deployed two servers to balance the load of services and to give redundancy for some services. We deployed a new business-grade firewall and wireless solutions, in addition to new MacBook Pro Retina workstations. CompuTech also provides SPAM filtering and continuity services for email.

CompuTech implemented redundant storage for Consensus’ VMWare ESXi virtual machines, and have redundant services running on two separate host servers to maximize uptime.  They also installed a secure firewall and wireless system.  CompuTech set up an on-site and off-site backup solution to protect data, in addition to secure vaulting of their off-site backups.  CompuTech makes sure the Consensus servers, network and workstations are up-to-date by providing Remote Monitoring & Maintenance along with on-site, remote and phone support for their entire team.

INE Entertainment is a television and digital production company that brings many hit shows to you living room and digital devices. Kigala Preschool is a German, Spanish and English multi-language immersion school. Kigala Preschool contacted CompuTech Support Services to help build their technology infrastructure.  The also wanted their staff to be able to capture priceless moments of the toddlers learning and growing, to share with the childrens’ parents.

CompuTech helped implement iPod Touches for the teachers to capture photos of the kids and then sort and upload the photos to the web for the parents to view.
